Return Policies Online Policy: Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. No Exceptions. Returned Items will be issued for a store credit. We do not do refunds to cards or for cash. All returns (in-store and online) must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. *We reserve the right to refuse a return at any time if the returned item is not in proper condition. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return a package to Southern Swag Farmhouse. A store credit will not be issued until Southern Swag Farmhouse receives the return.
