Our Story
Southern Swag Farmhouse began in 2016 as a vendor at Chartreuse, a local monthly barn sale in Thomasville, NC. Jennifer had been in dentistry since 1999 and was a Full-Time Dental Hygienist in High Point, NC and did her barn sales for fun and as a source of extra income. She had always dreamed of having her own brick and mortar store one day.
In May of 2018 she was taking her boys to get frozen yogurt at a local yogurt shop and happened to notice a "For Rent" sign on one of the doors in the shopping center. Coming from a background in dentistry with absolutely no training in business was scary, but after praying about it for a couple weeks she finally called about it and again through constant prayer things seemed to fall into place. By August 2018, Jennifer was able to open the doors of Southern Swag Farmhouse to the public and became a Full Time shop owner.
